The DD type medium-temperature ceiling-mounted air cooler is specially designed for medium-temperature cold storage environments around -18℃. It integrates efficient refrigeration and precise ventilation, and is widely used in cold storage scenarios for meat, fish, frozen foods, etc. This equipment adopts the mechanical expansion forming process of thin-walled steel pipes and punched secondary flanged aluminum fins, with the coil arranged in a staggered manner. Combined with an optimized heat exchange structure design, it achieves a dual improvement in refrigeration efficiency and frosting uniformity. The evaporator is equipped with a built-in stainless steel tubular electric defrosting system. The electric heating tubes are directly inserted into the coil, ensuring a rapid and thorough defrosting process, effectively reducing downtime and enhancing storage efficiency.
The equipment is equipped with an external rotor fan, featuring moisture-proof and low-temperature resistance. It has a large air volume, low noise, and stable and reliable operation, meeting the dual demands of the storage environment for quietness and energy efficiency.
