Product Introduction

The DJ type low-temperature ceiling-mounted cold air blower is a cooling and temperature reduction equipment specially designed for low-temperature cold storage. It is suitable for storage temperatures of -25℃ or lower and is widely used in the low-temperature freezing of meat, fish, frozen food, medicine, medicinal materials, and chemical raw materials. This product is made of thin-walled steel pipes and aluminum fins formed by punching and secondary flanging at one time, which are closely combined through a mechanical tube expansion process, featuring high heat transfer efficiency. Its shell is treated with a powder coating process, which has strong corrosion resistance and a smooth and beautiful appearance.
The cold air blower is equipped with a high-efficiency external rotor motor, featuring large air volume, long range and low noise, ensuring stable operation in damp and low-temperature environments. U-shaped tubular stainless steel tubes and electric heating tubes filled with magnesium oxide are placed in the coil, with a short defrosting time and good effect. In addition, the product undergoes pressure holding and nitrogen filling treatment before leaving the factory to ensure the cleanliness of the system. It is convenient for installation and maintenance, making it an ideal choice for low-temperature cold storage.
